Usage
This template adds an import notice at the top of an article to attribute content that was imported from Wikipedia.
Parameters
- `import_date` - The date the content was imported.
- `article_name`

To use this template, add the following to the top of the article page:
This article was forked from the Adams Wikipedia article on 2 November 2024.
This article was forked from the Wikipedia article on {{{import_date}}}.
