Seems like he was not what we've called an insider, more what we have called an investigator or amateur investigator. Not that categorization or characterization of this kind is paramount. That said, he apparently was leaked probably genuine sensitive secrets, did his own asking around, and was ultimately among the alleged "civilian" or originally-not-involved/stumbled-upon-a-secret [[victim]]s of the alleged [[secret government]]. | |||

Seems like he was not what we've called an insider, more what we have called an investigator or amateur investigator. Not that categorization or characterization of this kind is paramount. That said, he apparently was leaked probably genuine sensitive secrets, did his own asking around, and was ultimately among the alleged "civilian" or originally-not-involved/stumbled-upon-a-secret victims of the alleged secret government.
