By default, the title of the infobox is the article title. You can overwrite that using 
{{para|drug_name}}.

Per the [[Wikipedia:WikiProject Pharmacology/Style guide#Article name|Manual of Style]], the infobox title must be the [[International nonproprietary name]] (INN). There is a tooltip text referring to INN.

When, for some reason, the title is ''not'' the INN, the correct INN can be added as a subtitle using {{para|INN}}
