Editing Exotic technology development program

Various [[terrestrial human]] entities have undertaken serious organized '''efforts to develop technology that transcends [[Private civilization and public civilization|publicly confirmed]] physical understanding-- known as [[exotic technology]]''' -- most of them clandestine and many with alleged success.

These have allegedly included non government groups the Thule Society in early 20th century Germany, entities officially within German and U.S. government agencies, corporations paid by the U.S. government, entities in Russia and China.
