Dreamland Resort Raid edit

The Dreamland Resort Raid collectively refers to the series of actions taken against the owner/operator of DreamlandResort.com

On November 3, 2022, the homes of Joerg Arnu in Rachel, NV, and in Las Vegas were simultaneously raided by a joint force of FBI and Air Force OSI special agents.[1] Various items, including computers, drives, phones, camera gear, a drone, and many other items, were seized during the raid. The government has not yet revealed the motivation behind the raid, and FOIA requests have been so far denied.

According to the website operator, no criminal charges have yet been filed in the case, although the government is still declining to reimburse him. They have also refused to return his items or provide justification for the raid. For their part, a single page amid a mountain of redactions has been their only reply—save for the extensive damage apparently left in their wake.[2]
